What is EQUIP?
Designed to deliver education and networking opportunities, B&G’s EQUIP program offers small, minority and women-owned trade contractors access to educational workshops on industry best practices, upcoming project opportunities, and networking opportunities with Brasfield & Gorrie’s Preconstruction and project teams.
Harpeth Painting’s Support
While we already had a standing relationship with Brasfield & Gorrie prior to the Equip program starting, we have been eager to see this program grow. We have attended online workshops and enjoy reading their newsletter geared at equipping and growing their small, minority and women-owned trade contractors.
This program shows us the value that B&G places in working with Women-owned companies like us. They have given us information on how to tighten up our safety program and utilize virtual design. Harpeth Painting is proud to be a certified WBENC Women-owned business.
